hi monty! very happy with the p5xs you did for me  THIS MOTOR ROCKS 3/4 of a gallon so far running 200 degrees taking it easy and i was so happy running grp tuned motors in my truggy. but never again not even close in power and tune, cant wait untill she,s broken in . the engine heater makes it so much easier to break in also .sure glad i didnt buy a 28 would never need it ! i am sending you my new p5xlt for the houston tune forsure thanks again monty. you are the man and your information is priceless :D:D

its not too bad , i can improve them a little :D

throw a good crank in them and they are comparable to many high end engines . ;)

at the price they go for they are worth every penny for sure

Yes he can and does great work. Montys engines run super smooth. By the way Monty the plus4c is really coming alive. I need to get more fuel though the filled crank plus4c with Alabama coming up in alittle over a month.

Steebo 04-18-2010 05:45 PM

Thank you Monty for all the work you put into my P5XL!

This motor is perfect! Amazing useable power and plenty of it. Runs like a champ and the customer service is top notch!

I cant wait to hear about the clutch shoes.

How is the milage on the P5XLT is 10 min doable if not can a Monty Houston tune on it make it doable. What is the best pipe for this motor?

Dr Drew 04-18-2010 07:37 PM

I have seen them go 10 min yes , especially in a truck

I am thinking about this combo for an easy 10 min as long as you're smooth on the throttle .
P5xlt , 2084ss/41021 , 6.5mm restrictor , odo97t or 77t
