Not 100% sure, but I suspect so. Whatever was TiNi coated on the GX would most likely be clear coated on the GXII. Massive or Trey may be able to give you a definite answer though.

I'm going to assume yes, but I will have to verify. I've had some reports of non-smooth throttle slides on the GX, but they were on the older models. Machining on the throttle slide movement was something that I asked them to pay special attention to- I'm just obsessive about mechanical stuff like that.

Thanks for the real info on the new engines.
I was hoping for a totally new designed carb.
But I never thought that they would go back-
wards with the crank refinements too.

Until I know for sure, I wont be bettin on it.
Don't get me wrong, I like the GO engines
that I own. GO had the time to come out
with a newly designed engine that would
be a cut above the rest of the other engines
in it's price market, but now I just don't
see where they have.
Like I said on the other GO thread, only
time will tell.

Post deleted. There is no point in trying to talk sense to some people.

Does that mean the finned button can be used with the MG head ?
or
the new finned button and new head fits the MG ?
or
the new head fits the old button ?
