Ha - now there´s a couple of open questions for ya.

Run time depends on all sorts of things. Basically if you run it in properly, tune it right and drive it smooth, you can get 10 minute tanks without too much bother.

How long it lasts depends on much the same things. Run it in properly, tune it right, after run it at the end of the day and change the rod and bearings as required and you should get 8 - 10 gal, maybe more if your nice to it :cool:.

I was run my with JP3, when I sold after 10L it's still strong, but the conrod had better to change. I think it because use 25% nitro and without any shims.
I would like to say it was a very good stuff for the price 130-140USD.

Yeah, running with no shims on 25% maybe not such a great idea, although you can shim down these motors for a little extra power and economy without any trouble (but maybe not quite that much :sneaky:). The JP pipes were never that crash hot on the GO´s either. Still aren´t. You should pick up one of the new GX Series Combo Kits´s with the 2072 pipe. If you liked the old motor, you will love these :nod:.

right now iam using the dynamite 086hs pipe on my 3pt race. do you guys think the go 2072 would be a better choice and why?

I was using the o86 on my 3port for a while and it was just fine but the 2072 really woke up the power band. It was smoother all the way through had more low end and doesn't lack at all on top.

If 7 port its what you selected for TRUGGY, i would go with 2072 pipe all the way ...

Recently I purchase a new GX-5R engine. I've a JP2 pipe and 086Dynamite. What do you recommend me?? Thanks

Same pipe for both... EFRA 2072.

+1 on the EFRA 2072 pipe. The best choice by far for any of the GX range.

The 086 would be ok a GX-3R, but the JP pipes don't work very well on the GO motors.

If you have to run one of those go with the 086. I would recommend picking up a 2072 when you get a chance though.

i know this os the off road parts of things but im a dirt oval racer and there just not much going on with go tech in the dirt oval world but i ran my new 5 port last sat. with a jp1 pipe and i was one of the fastest if not the fastest car out there. i started running the open class so that i could run the go tech engines and the 5 port held its ground no problem with an os .28 but this week im breaking in my new go tech .28 6 port and show them what they are missing. ive already convinced a couple of guy to try them out i might have more on the way

I have been using Go engines for tha past three years for dirt oval in a LOSI L8 with great results. Currently using a GSX-7R that is incredible, tons of power and very smooth. Get you a 2072 pipe for your 5 port and you will see a big difference in the way the motor runs. For the .28 you might think about using a THS 815 to let the motor open up.
