Yes a Go crank will swap with a p5 and alot of Novarossi's. I was just measuring a new Titanium nitrided crank today and noticed the lightened the backside of the counterweight a bit. Nice!

The Nitrided crank pin measured at .1966 inch or 4.9936 mm.

Does anyone know what the top end needle should be set to in terms of turns out. I dont like the idea of set it to "flush." That is vague in my opinion and one's flush may not be actually flush. Since you only turn it in maybe a half turn at most, I'm curious if my start point is off.

What's vauge about "flush" ?? Even if you are off by a 1/4 turn from the absolute flush setting, you will be within half a turn of a performance tune on the HSN (providing you have a long needle LSN carb. Not all countries get the same LSN needles in the carbs depending on what the distributor asks for, so check this first).
No point screwing the HSN in all the way and risk damaging the needle end if you have to screw it all the way out again to get to the correct setting anyway. :)

I agree..never screw needles into their seats and whats so difficult about flush..if you can't see straight get some glasses and/or use the edge of a steel rule across the top to get the needle exactly flush then use one of these http://rchardware.com/ to mark the flush position as zero...then you can find flush again in a second...

flush is flush no matter where you live

Well today I had the opportunity to start driving my latest modified GX 7 port on a 2072 pipe.... I absolutely love the sound of the pipe by the way, one of the best sounding pipes I have ever run ! The engine only has 1000 CC run thru it so far, so its still fresh, but so far it runs like a champ.. Seems to have tons of power and a very nasty exhaust note...

Those tuning dials are great, I have been using them for a few years now. Mark at R/C Hardware is a good guy to deal with.

pinch bolt assembly

Does anyone know where I can get a go-1900 pinch bolt assembly or the size of the screw for the pinch bolt?
