yeh quite pleased with the way it came out..my first try using LMF.(liquid masking film for the un-initiated) the film is thinner than using vinyl masks so you don't get the paint build up along the edge of the mask and it peels cleaner and gives a sharper edge.Easier to cut with the scalpel too as it's so thin. The checkerboard really worked out well but I need to work on my drop shadows a bit.Certainly bright enough anyway.I might just buy a black wing for next year as the yellow ones look rough so quickly.

I originally use to use a Odonnell 97T which gave my go a nice smooth idle but later I found the P3 gave them a better response. I've bounced around trying O.S,Trinity Ex-Tech's and now the GO T3 plugs. The Trinity's held up better then the P3's in my opinion and the T3's I've only tested at 2 races and seem to hold up real good with the right tune. That's with 30% Byron's race driver 3000 Gen 2.

Im hoping some one here can help me out. I have a Go tech 3port R and the carb pinch bolt came out. I lost part of it and every where online there are out of stock and it has been that way for a couple weeks. So im hoping someone knows of another pinch bolt from another engine that might work.

Stick to the OD 77T. Alternatives are SH 7, and Hobao's P4

It's also related to the shimming of the engine. Ie. with higher nitro and less compression (more shimms) you can use hotter plug. To me it's easier to use the hot or ultrahot plugs for many as the engines are not so picky on the LSN and they iddle better and takeoff more constantly even if you are slightly off with the LSN. GO works just nicely with colder plugs as well but you need to tune them slightly differently for apparent reasons

I have just got some of the new GO T4 plugs in which are medium hot, as opposed to the T3 which is hot. I think the T4's will hit the spot nicely, plus the price and quality of the new GO plugs is great.

With standard shimming I currently alternate between OD 97T med and 77T hot, depending on what I have left in my tool box at the time

I did get some parts and I think I have 2 new Gx 5 ports left out of the 5 I ordered.
I have:
Rods (new pro rods)
wrist pins
wrist pin clips
or-ooo4 o rings that go in the block for the carb
coated cranks
