Paintjob of the week Geo?? :p

I thought you didn't like the yellow wheels/wings...

It's awesome Go keeps updating and making the engines even better! Just took apart a new 5 port and I see it has o-rings on the carb pinch bolt and the revised crank. I didn't take the crank out, is the timing the same?

I also was looking at the 3 port sport, I expected a cheaper crank and other internals. Looks like the same crank, rod, piston, block as the other motors. It has basic ports and an aluminum carb and a different head for only $115, what a steal!

One of my buddies has the 3 port sport engine and I was really impressed on how it ran and then about fell over that he paid $115 for it! I'll be pickin one up as a backup engine for my Pro Twister Mods P5XS.

RB S7 compared to Go 3 port race

I am currently running a RB S7 engine. Overall, I like the RB engines because of there reliability.

How would the Go 3 port race spec compare to the S7? How do the powerbands compare? I primarily race on a smaller indoor track, however I also want an engine that is OK for the bigger outdoor tracks?

How does the 5 port turbo compare to the 3 port race spec?

How is the reliabilty of the Go engines?

Would a 086 pipe be good for the 3 port race?

Yeah, this one is good for the week. I'm finding that at my elder state, I need a bright color to catch my slow moving eyes. Funny story about this topic. In Vegas, it was Saturday night one of the last qualifiers of the day. It was dark and the lights were on. I was video taping because this particular qualifier was loaded with big names. Upon finishing, Mark Pavidis says to his pit guy, "Man I don't even know what I'm doing here. I can't even see my car." Barry Baker was in the pits and laughs at him saying, "Yeah Mark, it's known as astigmatism. It's what happens when you get OLD!"

It was the way he said it to him that was funny. That's the cool thing about being at a big race. You get to witness conversations between world champions and see how they get along. Those are the things you DON'T read about in the magazine. Being at a big race, the experience is more than just "who won?". It was pretty cool.

It's good to here that someone helped you out,
" ofna racer " . Now burn some nitro, dial that car in
and tear up the track. Good luck.

Ofna racer, Are you the one I helped at the track? (CRCRC) ..... If so make sure you free up that driveline and the clutch.... It's all fun from here on out!... Also get some pins on that starter box!

the track will maintain same layout for the southamerican championship, just will add more jumps on the internal part of it (exact measure of the straight its 204 feet long + extra 26 little straight after the high speed curve)

Good luck! - Buena suerte en el campeonato!

7 port ?

I bought me a go 7port from a-main.... so I take it apart to clean and check it out, and to my surpise it only has 5 ports plus 1 exhaust? It has the gold head, and it is a turbo plug also. Is it possible that they could have put the 5 port sleeve in it ?

also does anyone have any pictures of a 7 port sleeve?

Thanks
