shims for 5port and 30%byrons

have been searching the thread but my laptop is so slow(vista sucks)so i thought i would ask the question.i have a 5port standard button that is run in but i am struggling with shims,i currently have 2 of the thicker copper shims and 1 thinner copper shim.is this .25 and ok for running 30%.cheers in advance

The Go Tech engines come ready to run 30% nitro out of the box. The extra shim is only used to help reduce the compression making the break-in process a little easier.

T, how is the 7 port working out?

The 2047 Go pipe is plated also, will not dull. Clean it often to keep it looking nice.
The best thing I like about the Go pipe is someone finally put the set screw for the front mount from the side where you can get at it easy.

"Right on" with the set screw 22Racer. Such a simple change that makes life so much easier. It's a wonder all the other pipe manufacturers haven't done it before
Nice looking buggy and 7 port TMizzle, but it's too clean

What aftermarket head fits the new 3 port race engine?

kenshinmd 03-27-2008 09:38 PM

if i'm not mistaken Hongnor makes the 2047 pipe for GO tech.

My Pro Twister 7 port was awesome! I stopped running it for the Pro Twister 5 for a while which was equally awesome.

Yo, you think if i put that Mod .25 crank in a stock .25 it will run ok? Got a new .25 coming for RD1 of the Pro Series next weekend and I wont have time to send it to ya.
