Default Best throttle return spring

New to nitro racing and was wondering what everyone is running for a throttle return spring? Thanks

Some folks use the Black Goody Hair bands you get for your daughters or wife, rubber bands, old PCs of tires, I personally use the Dynamite return springs on my R5R . Just make sure your servo can handle the extra drag put on it during its opening of the jet. Anything 300lbs or more is perfect. Hope this helps ya brother

I grabbed a handful of those kinda skinny rubber brands from my secretary’s desk at work. They hold up well and you can wrap them tighter if you need more tension. Plenty tight enough to close carb if electronics were to fail. I’ve had a runaway car due to electronic failure once, I won’t run without some type of rubber band to pull the carb shut if that happens again
