had a blast at motorama. it was great racing with you guys at a big event. it was good to bounce ideas off of each other about the track conditions, tire choice, and which lines to take on both tracks. 4wd buggy was fun along with 4wd short course. i made the wrong tire choice in my short course main, but hey, learning experience. don't use a tire that you have no experience with on that type of track condition in the main. also, shouldn't have taken too many risks in my 3rd qualifier, knocking me down to the c-main (after 2 rounds, in b-main). oh well, another less learned. 4wd buggy, stuck with the same tire and finished 4th in the e-main. 1st time racing 4wd buggy at a big race. a lot of fast guys (73 racers). i'll take it!
man, it was crazy watching matt olson bump up through all of those mains (including mine). it was a lot of fun to watch.
all the results and also video of every main is now posted on liverc. you guys can watch matt olson dominate my 4wd buggy main. ed was hanging with him though!
next year guys.

It was a great time phu, I really enjoyed racing and hanging out with everyone. There is a lot of running around and it gets hectic during the mains when guys get the bump or have a race back to back on the two tracks. It was cool to see everyone do well in their races and help each other out with setups, marshaling, cheering, seeing what race we were in, picking the right tires, making sure you had a fresh pack if you won etc...thanks to all you guys for making it a great time! Can't wait till the next big travel race at RCE!
