Would changing to a lighter rear diff oil help?

keep it in. problem when pushing off power is rear gerip is too much. try more rear droop before you play with diff oil. lighter diff oil generally means a bit more grip. if ok under power try 30 k
but droop first.

There are many things I like about the prototype.

One thing I do not see is how to prevent potential carb binding problems, given the slanted engine.

Typically the carb linkage is set parallel to the carb's runway to allow easy slinding action.

Any thoughts? I have not read the whole thread so I do not if someone threw this thought before.

if u look at the pictures on the first page then the carb position and the layout and the orientation of the parts allows the carb to move freely over the fuel tank.

It's a simple fix based on the slight angle of the forward leaning engine position. All you would need to do is put a slight bend in the throttle wire linkage to match the angle of slant on the engine.

I know this isn't the sale/trade forum but i'm desperate, i need a speedshot "X" plate a.s.a.p for the up comming state tittles. If anyone can help me out it would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Ok so it's only a few weeks till the NSW state tittles so i thought it might be a good idea for all the G4 drivers to get on here and share their starting set up, their thoughts, tips etc. Maybe we could even all pit together and really help each other out just like a team would. It really does make a difference
