This might be your problem

The travel screws are the droop screws, if you have too much travel the balls can pull out when the shocks get to their full length.

Are you using the shock ends with "S" or "L" on them ???

which one is the travel screw ? in any case, it happens at front AND rears lower arms ... I superglued them now and I ordered some 4mm ball studs with 5mm long thread (the stock one is 4mm) with few extra spare arms just in case ... the thread cant be longer cause it will be hitting the big screw inside.
hey Alex give me a call I can explain it better over the phone.
cheers

hi,
sorry to OT abit.

i've got both IDM+2607 and STI3+2611; which do u guys think will be a better engine for heats and/or finals?

track here is about medium sized (about 20s lap); not many tight turns.

I will....the G4RS was great at the beiginning, I don't think the WC is anything less. The car is more solid already (while I was building) it is perfect for some high traction track like Toledo.

It is johnysocko's concept, he custom made a carbon fiber piece, mount it at the originial transponder holes, then I mount my receiver BELOW the carbon fiber piece, then mount the AMB below the transponder....that BLACK rubber piece you see is actually a inner tube from a road bicycle, I cut a piece off that and act like a big rubber band to hold the receiver and AMB....of course I used double side tape 1st...but that inner tube can act as a balloon to avoid fuel over spray onto my receiver...

I am sick and tired of being DNF because of the receiver failure by the mechanic overfill the tank.
