Maybe I was lucky, most car I saw with one-way bearing problem (include pull start, ) are because they are dirty and oily, a motor spray will solve them most of the time

Pheonix just so you know, you are still listed on Tm's site as the distribuotr in the states

http://www.teammagic.com.tw/en/servi...=USA&typeno=01

so they have to change that or pick you up as their distributor again.

and what is up with the shop online store they have on their site, its been getting built for the past year + now, even I can build a website in sorter time then that by myself

Thanks for the replys guys.

Can I order the bearing alone, or do I have to get part #502111 "one way hub & nut with bearing" ?

While I'm at it, I'm having a hard time finding a thrust bearing. Can anyone point me to the right supplier?

Thats great. What about the one-way, are they interchangable also?

Thanks

Gary
its not the bearing
Its the hub, once the two speed starts acting up the bearing won't fix it. if you switch to K14100 Hard coated hub the problem will go away and never come back. We still have quite a few of these. We ran them all season and the race team had zero problems with the one way on the two speed. Prior to that we had issues like you and others.

Motorman, as always thanks for your input. Is it part K1423H though. List as "G4 light weight aluminum one way hub coated w/bearing"? K14100 shows as stainless two speed cam.

thanks again,
Gary

the 2 speed shoe holder is what the one way bearing runs on. if the original is worn then a new one way bearing might not fix the problem, this is why the 2 shoe hub is replaced .

I am going to set the new kfactory 2 speed cam and a new 3 racing two speed one way bearing gizmo.

I have been playing around with the clutch tonight, does anyone know which washer goes in first on the thrust bearing, is it the 5.2 or 5mm? The instructions are shit when they tried to explain this:S

G4S'R:

I have been using the Serpent one way lube

the 5.2 goes on first into the bell housing and the 5mm on the outside
