in regards to the front 3 racing bars i took them out and put the original mugen ones in (silver ones) and just left the 3 racing alloy mounts for the front swaybars.

How well do the RD Logics universal swing shafts hold up?

And are the stock foams 37 shore both front and rear or are they 40's?

Do you know if the universals are different length?

The ones at the hobby store had the front ones longer than the rears. With the front width set to 199mm the long CVD causes binding. The original set prior to this current batch had the front ones shorter than the rear.

So it's fair to conclude that Mugen is packaging the current batch of CVD incorrectly. A call to Mugen USA verified that Robbie is using the "rear" universals in front.

What other mistake has Mugen made? I don't know. I'm just answering this one question and there's no need for you to get so defensive. Everyone makes mistakes....lighten up!!

Uhm. An hygrometer is fine for doing engine setups, but like everything, you must decode what the hygrometer is saying you and how to apply it for the engine setup (not talking of carb setup).

But for 20US$ is a killer product, paid for mine oregon scientific much more than those 20US$ (some time ago). :flaming:

I ran this tight track last week and noticed the rear wheels chattered(hopped) on some of the tight turns(on power through the turns).Has anyone experienced this and how can I get rid of it?Thanks.

I told you the mistake. They've been packaging the longer CVD as "front". When installed it binds the front end. The one packaged as "rear" are shorter and works in the front along with the o-ring.

This wasn't always the case. The fronts were orginally shorter and were packaged as such.
