Kawahara Shock Tower
Does the Kawahara Rear Carbon Shock Tower Set come with 4mm shock tower plates?

What is the spring rate of the blue springs.
I know there 1.7 but does that mean compared to an associated spring. Like how does convert from metric to standard.

Originally posted by Corse-R 4mm chassis worths if you run on high grip tracks or in a place with big sweepers, where the higher rigidity of the chassis makes it more stable on the turns. I have the Mugen 4mm unit installed in one of mine cars and is the best 60US$ I have paid for a hop-up. Regarding weight, it weights a little more, but all the weight is placed where it doesn't harms and helps to your car: At the lowest point in your car. Beware with the stock chassis. Really don't know why but the 3mm chassis that come stock in all cars come with a bow in the rear half. If you're referring to this, isn't really tweaked is how come from stock. |
I like my 4mm chassis!:sneaky:
More stable in high bit tracks and more ridged.........put that on your list of "hop-ups" for your MTX3!!  |
Corse-R ! ! ! Are you there?
Corse, I sent you $/Euros for the 16/19 conversion at least 2 weeks ago....and have not heard from the e-mails I sent asking if there was a problem....Is there a problem? Have you sent them to me yet?

Chuck, did you guys race today?
|
I saw the results on sugarbowl site so I would guess they ran.

You better get rid of your avatar if you wanna run fast engines in the future:flaming: :sneaky:

Yes there was 10 TC's, Jeff E. got mad and left, Bernard broke,I had another ex. spring eat through the header:flaming: , Uriah couldn't decide whether to race his MTX3 or G4( I think he changed cars in mid main), Alec, well, you know what he did....:) , and Tracy TQ'd and ended up with a 3WD TC3....Everyone had problems during the day, I think they need to skip NOT putting the SugarH2O down.
Stefan, you still have those layouts you drew up , don't you? Check the SB Racing thread for my idea....The off-roaders seem to have free range to change their layout whenever they want...I'm going to try to get some guys together to change the on-road layout during the week. If they can do it, so should we. |
It is getting sad.
Especially since those guys from TFB are hanging out on the board causing nothing but trouble. I wish Fernando would come on and tell them that he doesn't need this. And Randell should get his lazy butt up and block some IP's. |
Stefan, I thought you would like a blowing up Ferrari as an avatar? ck. the big cloud behind the car.:deathstar

Clutch adjustment
I got my car running and im having a problem with my clutch setup. It's taking alot of rpm to engage. how do i adjust it to make it engage earlier? Is it by loosing up the collar that holds the spring? Or by removing washers in the front of the clutch?
