Alittle softer oil and softer spring, this will make the car a little less reactive and will slow the transfer of weight from side to side.

Im not sure if u can tell the difference, i just want somethnig that doesnt start to come apart after 2 runs. I have has a couple of the mugen ones start to come apart after a couple of runs. Its like the side of the belt delaminates and just peels up from the rest of the belt. Any ideas on an easy fix.

I haven't run it, but from what I have read about it. You put in Diff oil like you would to give you the low speed handling you're looking for, and then adjust the clutch in it much like you would the 2-speed to give you the acceleration you're looking for. The sooner it engages, the sooner it will drive like a solid axle. HOpe this helps.

What upgrades do you think are necesary for the MTX-3. Simple things that you can do to the car to make it better. I have one, and I like it as it is, I have it stock, I havent' done much to it. But i'm willing to start putting some money in it. If you could please help me..

Thanks,
Juan

Dont bother with Alu. parts, get the prospec stock .8 fine pitch gears and some CVD's in the front.

The car is a performer right out of the box.

IMO the best thing you can do is upgrade your engine or servos.

I think the plastic part is strong enough so basically the car is good enough out of the box.
The only few things needed is front universal and probably you can try titanium middle shaft but all is inside prospec kit.
The prospec come with 0.8 module.

The spares you need probably is rear bulk head, front hubs and belts

That's my 2 cents

The prospec does come with titanium pivot balls. The normal Mtx 3 has steel pivot balls.

MTX3 prospec comes with titanium pivot balls & middle shaft already. So if you want lighter weight, get titanium screws & titanium 2 speed shaft.
