you better off waiting for mtx-4 but if u want to get 3 get it.
you need metric tools, most common 2mm.
stuff that breaks is uprights, belts and sometimes front arms.

in the rear the droop screws are in the rear arm. in the front they are on the sway bay. stock set up for pre spext is 1 in the front and 5 or 6 in the rear
anyone else got any set ups for Toledo Ohio?

thank you fsturbo for clarrifying it to this guy.
just like fsturbo said prospec is just hoppedup mtx-3. mtx-4 will be a whole new car altogether. and yes prospec mtx-4 will not be out for a while because they dont know what to hop up yet. the reason why i said wait for the 4 is because when 4 come out you will see that parts begin to disapear from LHS and the only way to get them is mailorder. as the general rule when new car comes out only few components remain interchangable.

The front arms look the same on the 4 as the 3.

My opinion. If you can get the car at a good price I say go for it. Parts are going to be readly available for quite a while as the 3 has been out for over 3 years and also being one of the most popular cars among racer the demand at the hobby shops will still be high for parts thus being said I would go with the 3.
Also I really don't see the 4 being widely available over the entire country untill spring. If you live down south where they race all threw the summer I would say maybe but for folks up north like me. There really isn't going to be much of a demand for any of the 4 untill spring.
I also think that it is really funny how many people post thoughts from a drawing of not even half of a car. A drawing that really isn't all that great. For all we know they had one of the engineers come up with something real fast one afternoon just for people to do that get all excited and also to get them off there backs.
