You can also go through Jim at RCNitroNation.com. I would actually call him because he gets new stuff everyday so his site is not yet updated with the latest and greatest. But he's well stocked on Kawahara parts.

His website is all jacked up. When I click on links, it sends me to the sign in screen. I created an account and it still does the same thing. I know a few people that buy from him though.

Yeah, it is. That's why I opt to just call because Jim always has new stuff, especially Kawahara parts. Ira was the one that turned me on to him (in a non-broke back kinda way)

Yeah, the Kawahara chassis I got from Ira came from there I think. It is a nice chassis. I had to hack into it last night because the Servo Saver Post screw stripped out when I was taking thee car apart.

I have ordered from nitro nation for Kawahara and Mugen parts and they are OK. There website is junk, just call Jim. You have to tell him when you want the stuff or he will take his time getting the order finished. Still waiting for him to get certain Kawahara parts(rear sway bar kit), I just keep calling.

Yea, Kawahara 3mm chasis is smokin! Just finished putting back together.
I like the machined space directly under the engine.

If you notice, it is milled right behind the battery tray also. This will kick air up at the front of the motor. It is a nice chassis, and a lot stiffer than the cheapie 6061 stock one.

Yeah, I hate when that happens. It only happened because I used a Ti screw in the aluminum post. Later research, I found the two metals have a tendency to "cold fuse" together. I think you can coat the Ti screw with something if you happen to need to screw it into something aluminum.

I don't know where... but seemed to read that stock chasis is a 7075 sheet, not a 6061. Could be wrong, but... seemed to read it.

But it was only a 4x12 and I only hit it doing half speed after the 1/8th scale hit me.
