God, the weather up there really sounds like it is sucking, hope fully summer will bring you lots of sun shine hey?

Or you could come down and race with the IMCC one sunday,
Goto IMCC and check out the calendar days

That might help you with your rainy day problems.

U r in sydney right?

Default Sad Day

Today should be another happy day for me till... my V1S flew out of the track into a wall.

I was sanding it down top speed along the straight behind my friend's V1S til he slowed down suddenly just before the long sweeping corner...unable to brake in time...my car crashed into the back and miraculously launched off the track. My quite new Square pipe became a real "square" pipe after that.

Nothing else got damaged...

Going to commence Operation Freezer to regain the curves on my beautiful Square pipe... hope it works

Don't worry mate,
the freezing trick worked for me many times..
in fact, my pipe is in the fridge right now

the only catch is.. as you do this again and again, the metal gets thinner and the pipe sofer

Default mmmmmmmmmmmmm

OK here it is.......
Car runs better with 3000wt front diffoil than with 50000 (rotates much better and less back off with the throttle) Tyres were brand new sorex 28f 32r.
Front one way not suitable for this track as it is way too bumpy
see attached photo.(not my car, a mates Traxxas....yuk, I only painted it!)
Will run the car at Mingara in the next few weeks and re-trial everything.
My wife just got first in Novice Nitro with a v-one-s of course!

why does everyone run one-ways in the front... wont that make it harder to turn the car?

and is a one way like a locker diff on the v8 supercars
how both wheels spin at same force?

If anyone wants Kyosho front universals for the V-One, let me know, I've got one brand new set, never used, but the package had been opened. E-mail me, any reasonable offer accepted, I paid about $30 for them.

Default Kyosho Factory hop-ups

OK here they are ......the new chassis and carbon fibre top plate.
and that is a v-one-r fuel tank.....I guess its not as tidy as the standard v-one-s but its definately got a bit of testosterone going on.
(I've got a spare carbon plate for $70.00, if any Aussies interested
PM me)
