Hello all,

In comparison, which would be a better choice? V1S|| or the fw05S?

Am new here and getting confused which car to choose to buy.

Thanks!

Cheers

Frozenpod - yeah i did put the e clip, and its working good, much better from my old clutch, but does it really sounds like that, you know, its making some sounds... nah anyway peformancewise its ok.

Ben - so you've tried that already, wow i was just wonderin what clutch are you using? to have such power/torque... hehe can you share it....

Default which is which

dct147 - IMO between the V1SII or FW05s just like what everybody says, it depends on your track if its a huge one with lots of straights get V1s(belt) if lot of turns get FW05s. or Better to Get FW05r than s, but what i think V1S can deliver spontaneous power that you wont expect, its depends on the settings and on the driver who handles it.... in our track V1s can rule as long as you have a good settings...

Thank you Bulletdays

As i am totally new to this hobby, i have not actually seen the tracks in my country. Guess i`ll be thinking of a belt driven as i like the appearence. hee hee

Have got an advice to jump straight to VoneRR evo. Would you advice that too? am getting a little confused.

Thanks again.

Cheers!!

Okay, when you decide to buy a car, IMO is it more important that the car is able to grow with me, so i wont 'out-grow' the car. VoneSII is a great car but i feel that i outgrew the car easily. RRevo and 05R is on the par so if u are serious about this hobby you can straight away jump onto that level and never worry about the car no performing. If i were to reverse time and choose between 05S and S2, i would save up abit more and get the 05S because i like to mod my own car.

About how i got so much power from my car, i did the clutch lightening mod. the car accelerates very quickly and will run out of legs if it's single speed. On a two speed you must set the 2nd gear to kick in early because when it does, it's a great boost of speed. But i feel that my drivetrain was not sturdy to start with and this mod ended my car's life quickly.

I read about some reviews and opinions of other racers, regarding V1RR Evo & RRR, both are good actually i like evo, but after reading out some info, i think better to go for RRR...

BEN what do you think?

I have an Evo that I 've been running for a while and I tell you that I am very happy with its performance so far, right now I am building the RRR and it looks really good.

Hey guys,
Been a while since I have been here, anyway,

I have not used my V-One SII for about 6 months. I bought a Mad Force Monster Truck and the V-One SII has been packed away since. So I have been thinking of selling it, but not sure what it is worth. Specs below

V-One SII
Kyosho 2-Speed Transmission
Kyosho Aluminum Drive Pulley 18T
Kyosho (#39308) Fuel Filter
Kyosho PC Pinion Gear 19T 2-Speed
Kyosho PC Pinion Gear 16T 2-Speed
3Racing (#020) Aluminum Pulley 32T
3Racing (#021) Aluminum Pulley 27T
3Racing (#035) Alum. Diff. Pulley 48T
3Racing (#V1E-014) Alum Brake Stopper w/ Pulley
3Racing (#027) Pulley Spacer
3Racing (#VS003) Alum. Pulley 19T For 2 Speed
3Racing (#VS005) Aluminum Shield
Kyosho (#VZW003) Rear Stabilizer Set
Kyosho (#VZW004) Front Stabilizer Set

Kit set of wheels and tyres (new) and the car has foams on it.

Also have a PMB Setup System for 1/10 Touring Car

The engine has had about 2 litres through it, and has had after run oil put in it before I packed it away.

I have 3 bodies, a Kyosho Merc, Kyosho NSX, and a protoform Subaru. All in good condition.

Futaba 2 channel radio.

What do you guys think it is worth. All up it cost me over $1000.00

I would really appritiate your input, I am thinking of putting it on eBay. There is really no where I can run this car, the nearest track is over 3 hours away.

Regards
Dazza
