oil everywhere tho ... it was so clean and spick span....

i had a head leak as well.... What happened was i needed new head screws and the hobby guy near me didnt have any so he told me to tap out the hole to m3 screw size so i tapped them out with a tap that he gave me... but the screws where to long so my dad shortened them and they wherent tight enuf.... so i tightened them and its all good but they might be a bit long still

the um210 clutch is so good... it engadges really late so i can roll fairly fast when im slowing down with know acceleration.... and the 2 speed shifts great... perfect settings

very happy

yeah no one to stir up shit.

any way, i caught up on my reading.

and that person making his own fuel, i head if we run 0% nitro methane that the engine would not run too well because we r such a low compression engine.

and if u get too low, they can start to stall out from no nitro.

is this true, or just one of those scary rumours?

Never really thought about it, they run on 5%, they run on30% I guess they could run on methanol alone but if they could they would be a real pig, youd have to bump up thew compression somewhat.

yeah but 100% methanol would cause higher prices to play with these things, seeing with no oil you would grind the engine away much quicker.

The bottom line is they are not designed for it anyway however I was never silly enough to say anything abut 100% methanol, just 0% nitro.
