RTRs do not have any upgraded parts. not to mention the pro chassis, alum parts like braces and anti-roll bar. if anyone is interested to get some hop-ups or parts, i have lots up for grabs.

Angry floating mount

Hey Nitrodude, it would be nice if you would send me the rear floating mount that i paid you for a year and a half ago. whats the deal, i,m not going hungry or anything but it could be some young kid that could have delt with you and you would have put a bad impression for the rest of us in his head. for the good of the hobby just do what you say or sell your stuff and get out of the hobby. I have been to california two times and no sign of steve aka (nitrodude), I'm probably waisting my energy but will retract this post if you live up to your word.

for the rest of you yokomo guys,i have a gt4s but i run my mtx3 and mrx4. the yok was a very good car but had trouble with parts. i would run the yok in the outlaw class with a lola body if i could ever get the rear mount from you know who!! have fun guys Peter

Default Yokomo GT-4

What is Nitrodude's real name? Im in CA, and I dont appreciate shady people "allegedly" selling parts. I saw a thread in the Crystal Park thread about a guy that was scamming too..... maybe the same guy???

I have a Yokomo roller (brand new) and was thinking of running it. I hate the stock radio tray.... any suggestions and photos with ideas? I would still like to run it, but want to know what it will need. It will be run on a high-traction track.

Any help is appreciated.

I agree, the radio tray sucks. You have to remove a lot of stuff, to get access to the steering servo, so make sure to purchase a nice steering servo that you'd want to keep on the car for a very long time

Other than that, I also didn't like how the receiver sits below the radio tray, with no protection whatsoever. At least, yokomo could have provided some sort of shield like the mtx3. I mounted mine on top of the radio tray. I know it'll affect my CG, but in my opinion, its better to be safe than sorry, and I run spektrum. Those damn spektrum receivers aren't very cheap!

I have a Mugen MR12 turbo mated up with an RD logics pipe, run by a KO Propo DSM. Hopefully I'll get some runs in on Friday at my local track.

I used my GT4 (W, Pro, R and W2L) for almost 4 1/2 years with the receiver UNPROTECTED on the stock position without any problem ...

his first name is Steve

I also used the stock radio mount with no issues but i did dremel a slot so i could use a zip tie to hold the reciever and you have to make your wires neat and zip tie them up.

Yeah I wont risk putting my receiver unprotected.

I used a baloon, and drilled a hole up top, to use a zip tie as well. Works great

Default Centax Clutch

I have recently bought a GT4 Pro. It has a regular 3 shoe clutch. What benifits will I see by buying a Centax clutch?
Thanks in advance
