traction:
high-FW, low-RRR
size:
large-RRR, small-FW
condition:
debries-FW, clean-RRR
maintenance:
easy-FW, more work-RRR
upgrades needed:
more-FW, less-RRR
handling:
stable-FW, agile-RRR
I like them both, and I cannot pick one over the other.

So the RRR is more suited for low traction conditions?

The FW handles incredibly well when there is traction. It holds the lines and does not traction roll easily. On the other hand, when there is no traction the FW is very difficult to drive as it will push and at the same time the rear breaks loose easily too.
The RRR feels a lot lighter and seems to deal with traction changes better. However, I have not run the car very much and more track time is needed to tell.

shock length of new RRR
I have a Team Magic G4 and the shocks are terrible. I was just wondering what the shock lenght's are on this car and how well you think the shocks were built. By looking at the pictures they seem to be built very well.
Thanks,
Mike
Thanks,

the Kyosho shocks on the R series are excellent , definitely better the the G4 shocks IMHO and among the best ive used. HPI alu shocks arent bad either , both are super smooth !
Shock lenght should allow full suspension travel , make sure you use ball cups that allow you to thread the shaft in fully , if the ball cup is too long and the next size down is too short .... get out that dremel tool !!
