I've been using the pipe also with great results. I have'nt got my hands on the chassis yet. I'm building a brand new car with it so we won't be racing it for a few weeks. Going to use alot of K-factory goodies on it, so the $$ will set me back for awhile.
I sure wish someone would come out with delrin suspension parts now!

... just another comment... when i first saw the chassis, first thing that came to mind was that the integrated chassis brace, radio tray brace, was susceptible to bending if you crash... any thoughts?

BB, please keep us informed on how you like the chasis and how it handles. I too was thinking about it, but just too rich for me to take a chance on, without seeing firsthand, or coming from a reliable source. I am about ready for a new chassis too. My bottom is all scraped up almost silver , seems like when I am just bashing, I get so into it, I usually do not re-adjust the height till I am scraping.

I would think it would take a big hit to bend the radio tray. It's a bolt on deal that can be replaced. The Ae tray fits inside the tray so it's kinda double protected. After speaking with Jim I think the chassis will be a good investment. I'll keep everyone posted on it's performance. It will be at least a month before it rolls onto the track.

You could just zip-tie it in a bundle outside the box.

Default 2 speed

I know how to adjust it, but I need help with fine tuning. When is it suppose to kick in, how many feet or seconds after I gun it?

Or does it depend on what track I am on?

gearing and 2nd gear engagement depends on the track you're running in... maximizing the 1st gear out of a corner and shifting to 2nd as either RPM tops out or as needed on the faster corners or straight.

cool... thought the bracing was milled with the chassis... if its a bolt on deal, at least its replaceable.
