If I want to increase steering ( medium to low speed steering ), lowering the height of rear wing so the body can be more streamline, is this technic help ?
Or do I simply remove the front sway bar ?

Mugen and Serpent are not interchangable.
Mugen:

Serpent:

With Serpent, the bodymounts are mounted lower on the uprights, that's why they are wide at the bottom.
As far as I know, you get 2 or 3 different lenghts of body arms with a Mugen kit, but still the longest arm is not long enough to lift the rear far enough, a Kyosho arm is just this bit longer....
Yes with the M3 arms, you just have to cut them a bit with a knife.

Mount anybody's body post in place of the Mugen mounts and you can jack it to the moon. I like the machined aluminum ones that are intended as front body post. You can buy 1/4-20 nylon screws at homedepot or ace, borrow somebodies 1/4-20 tap and re-thread the outer body support screw holes.
Front high, locating tab will be at the bottom of the bulk head.
Rear low, locating tab will be at the top of the bulk head.
Eccentric H0188 will offer the most offset and don't forget about T0154 which will offer a little less offset for less dramatic of an effect.
I would suggest going to Hudy.net and down loading the set up book for any of there set up systems.
The wider the front the less steering response you will have. The wider the rear the more steering response you will have. That's the basic's of it.
