I dont think you can use serpent clutch on V1R as they are of different standard of measurements. you can use mugen clutch on Kyosho or vice versa but not serpent.

serpent centax clutch

you can use part of it , ( what I am using now on the R) but u need to buy the pinions, the housing, the trust bearing and the screws adaptors.
Serpent clutch is much better than the "old" kyosho centax clutch which require constant maintainces.

But the good news is with the VONE RR, you get the latest "Mugen" type centax clutch. It comes with the light smaller flywheel, 3 pcs shoes ( not the metal clone that's comes with the old version) and with the RR, you also get the low fricition belts.

If you guys like the R, you will love the RR. much faster.........

I remember someone saying, that there in tank fuel filter was desintegrating(bad engrish) I have just noticed this on mine when I did a thourough cleaning of my car, Had to get rid of the foamie gooo
So do you replace the tank or just pray its minimal... I have a inline fuel filter and I have nothing in it so I am not really concerned YET

I remember somewhere mentioned about cleaning the fuel tank. I think it is on novarossi webpage that you use alcohol or methonal to soak the fuel tank and dry it before using it again.

Told you not to blow into the tank. Your breath melted the filter.

Yep it was my tank which was disintergrating. I have only ever put fuel in there so I dunno. I have closely looked at the in tank filter and it does not appear to be "holed" so it looks like some of the filter element has come adrift from the exterior of the gold filter.
