You may use FAST and compatible tire for F201 !!
My friend use 26mm front and 30mm rear !!

I would probably cost me around 10k to do the deed.as in hunt you down and such, plane tix way exspencive to HK, not to mention would take some time to find out where you hang out or live, But on the other hand, Manti did give us the SPEED SECRET

For the sake of such inexpensive parts....why don't you just buy the RR pulley set.......run with the original belt but with tensioner full down (I think this can work!)....and see for yourself!
I hope you are running front one-way ....you'll need it with overdrive!
