Not exact numbers as to my setup but this is good start point. Depending on track you adjust. spacers aswell

Hope this helps... Enjoy

The only time I've heard of people having this issue is when the screws were un evenly adjusted on the shoes. I use the the xray hard springs and haven't had any issue with getting it to engage late enough. Try double checking to make sure everything is even. Look at the spacing between the shoes and the adapter as well.

Posting a pic of your 2 speed clutch might help out. The only other things i can think of that would cause this are possibly having a lack in forward bite, brake adapter not fully tightened to the shaft, a damaged/worn 1st gear oneway bearing, or damaged belts. Pics are def helpful in this case though...

i have checked belt and other transmission components and couldnt find fault. but you are right , it could be the problem with the one way bearing, i just ordered both first and 2nd gear adaptors see if it helps !
thanks bud

The Direct Link system is activated during cornering mainly, whereby the outer suspension forces are transfered partially to the inner wheel too, with a pivot-link system. The results is more rubber on the track, more traction and more even tyre wear, resulting in significantly faster and easier cornering and possible better laptimes.
