Look at the distance from the outer edge to the big holes which the steering servo bracket secures into, and now check your 2008-2009 radioplate.

Yes, all the mounting points are the same.
They only took a way a bit of material to even out the flex. So you can have a 2010 car within 10 minutes if you know how to work with a dremel. :D |
DS,
Just wondering how could your car perform without the 200+ ballast that bring it back to the racing rules...Probably your outlaw NT1 will be a real performer. Keep us posted about the tests... |

The clubraces don't have tech. inspection. :sneaky: :D But I think only acceleration will improve, cornering will stay the same or will be worse because the 200 grams is under the battery and behind it, right against the engine mount, so basically in the lowest and most central point of the car. I was actually planning to run the car today because they forecasted some sunshine, but it is all cloudy right now. Hope the weather will be better this weekend, really want to run the car but there is no point in it if temps are below 5 C. |

I'm planning to try that for a day, after I have tested everything for the first nationals.

It makes sense...probably you'll have an "electric feel" out of turns...and no benefit at the apex.

Need 4-5 coats to get the fluo. yellow to cover, where I need 1.5 with the Tamiya paints. :weird: Even black stays translucent. It might work when you just spray the car white. |
too much paint can more around 10g

Well, I'm actually testing a new 'lightweight' paint, but I know why it is a lightweight paint, they forgot to add any color to it.
