With the CRF the gearing has to be right on the money
Sirio it's in the clutch & Im basing the info from a top driver who ran sirio & now is running the CRF & I asked him the same ? & Im replying to what he stated. Tell me your gearing & clutch set up for the sirio & the track dimensions so I cam give you some pointers & most important are you using the 3D or 2D

Thanks a lot Martinez for your help.
I have the following.
I don't know the exact track dimension. But is tight.

I use 3D Clutch with 1.2 Spring and 0.5 mm Clutch Gap.I have the default gearing. Other local top racers with this motor are using the same gearing if we have the long straight or using i teeth below if it is shorter.
I already bought the 2D Clutch.I think this motor has better perfomance with the 2D Clutch. The spring should i put it 0.2mm?

Best Regards,
Nick

what tools for flywheel uninstall and install are you using?
there are many options
all from rc-mushroom site
JP Flywheel Universal JP Key [JP-93863] http://rc-mushroom.com/product_info....ducts_id=10409
QWorld Flywheel Wrench [QW-LC-2616] http://rc-mushroom.com/product_info....oducts_id=1087
JP Racing Flywheel Exctractor [JP-93861] http://rc-mushroom.com/product_info....oducts_id=9454
Kyosho EV05 Flywheel Puller [KY-80162] http://rc-mushroom.com/product_info....oducts_id=7117
SH Flywheel Remove Tool/Brown [SH-SS330A09] http://rc-mushroom.com/product_info....oducts_id=7025
JP seems to be the most durable and best quality, but I don't know if the Universal Key and Exctractor will fit on RRR and Evolva flywheel, also the Exctractor has a metal tip, it got no protection like Kyosho tool, thats worry me, because it can damage crankshaft and unusable it, or am I wrong? The SH its the same thing
Qworld is the cheapest. Looking at the photos seems to be bad quality, never saw somebody using

i use the q-world flywheel wrench on my rrr and evolva and iv'e had no problems with it. the kyosho flywheel puller is also good.

i don't know if they fit but the kyosho uses flat spring cups on the rear and domed spring cups on the front. the ones in the picture are all domed.

Jun,
These are what I am using and they work just fine.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Mugen-MTX-4-Alum...QQcmdZViewItem

The ones you listed are going to be too large a diameter for the EVO springs.

Getting my spares soon, can't wait to get back to the track and test! Took a look at the car and saw that my Kfactory ventilated disk was backwards, this could have been the cause of the 2nd gear spur gone in few laps? Hmm, I haven't seen anything else wrong w/ the car. Will update after a test run.

Nice track you got both of the best worlds there on road & off road
Most of the time I set up the spring tension to .8 & endplay of .3 for big tracks on the 3D it depends on the motor & .5 spring tension & .3 endplay
for the 2D here is pic of the track & it has a nice long straightaway
