I have run the 1015 in the past and they are a good option. I don't think they are high volt servos however. I personally run KO servos at 7.4v now and will not run anything else.

stock body is fine and takes a fair bit to make it spilt at all

i have been using mine every 2 weeks since i got this buggy way before christmas

the FTW body i have ready to go as well is thicker for sure

but the stock is fine

On some underhood pics i see rubberbands as return springs, in addition to 'regular' springs from the kit. Why someone decided to go with such 'tuning' option?

By kit springs I am assuming you mean the springs on the linkage? These are to keep the linkage centered and following the servo arm during movement. A
"throttle band" is there to pull the carb slide and linkage shut in the event of a power loss.

That's what I run in mine. They seem to have perfect specs for nitro 1/8. Ran them for 3 years in a truggy and still going strong.

I had to do what mr240 explained. Switched the brackets and drilled a new hole to close the top. You'll notice the pegs shifted to the left as well. I've also added rubber tubing to the front right peg to tighten the fit up.

You switch sides the brackets are mounted to. I had some issues getting mine lined up also. The car sits to the left more than other cars.

Ill be running a li fe receiver pack in my buggy, as i have several already have them. Hoping to get my buggy ordered by the end of the week.

Ahhhhh... I see the problem now. My box is about 6 or 7 years old. both brackets only have a single slot and not the 3. I'll have to see if I can order that bracket. Thanks for the picture.

I contacted FTW directly about 1.5months ago and they advised they did have plans to develop a body specifically for the NB48. Hopefully we see something soon :-)

All three diff cases have very-very tight fit into metal spur gears. Is it ok, anyone experienced same 'feature'? Should i grind some plastic with sandpaper?
