Questions?? Air filters?

Hi Danny-

I checked the Tekno site and could not find air filters. You mentioned in the past that the "low-profile hobao oval filters" will work, however I can't seem to find them. Is the link below for OFNA filters the same as the "low-profile hobao oval filters" you suggested? If not can you please provide a specific Hobao part number and/or link to the filters? Any time frame on when we can expect filters on Tekno's site? Thanks.

I ordered the same filters. They are just a little bit shorter than the stock ones. But they do fit and work.

Are the front and rear suspension/diffs/drive shafts/shocks/hubs/etc... exactly the same between the NB48 and the EB48.2?

Considering getting both the nitro and electric. If the majority of the front and rear end parts are all the same, it greatly reduces the need for spare parts.

The inner rear bulkhead and the rear ring gear are the only difference.

I am not a sponsored driver and can say that after a month with the Tekno I am very impressed. I have had several different kits the past couple years and Tekno is by car one of the highest quality kits I've had and the best build by far. I've ran a few club races with excellent results with a couple tq's and wins. The car reacts very well to adjustments and I feel that it can be set up to most all conditions and driving styles. I wouldn't hesitate buying this car, the quality and durability have been excellent.

Thanks ferrarieeeee. The OFNA air filters do not come pre-oiled, so a bit of a pain and more expensive to buy both filter and oil. I ordered the MBX7 air fliter set and a pack of pre-oiled filters. I hope they fit as you say they do!

Below are links to the MBX7 air filter set and pack of filters...
