Looking good. For those track conditions, you may want to move the rear camber link to the top position on the tower (lower roll center). And perhaps shorten the rear link by one hole (2nd from the outside).

What tires are you running? When a car is a little and pushes, a lot of times it's the tires.

Thanks for posting, keep us updated on how everything goes!

Thanks for the suggestion, will definitely try next time:smile:

I was using ProCircuit HotDice SS, I guess using Impact SS instead will give better side traction. Or any other suggestion?:p

Btw I've forgotten to say the stock shocks are excellent, even better then my mbx7 shocks which I feel superb already. Good job Tekno!:D

Car feels light and direct response. Good turning ability. Fun to drive. Tail feels a bit twitchy but probably bcos of setup or the car needs some time to run-in. Parts quality seems top-notch but the smoothness of the diffs can be better. Overall: good car and easy to drive fast:p:lol:

Looks great!

Do brake pads and discs from the NB fit the EB mechanical brakes?

Delivered yesterday built today and I must say very impressed with quality of the buggy.

This build was even better then the EB 48 and SCT , I have all ready 700ml of fuel through it running a motor in but bad weather will delay my testing for a couple of weeks.

But just up and down the street the box set up is awesome for steering and control.

The brakes and throttle set up was very easy to adjust and set up.

Overall very impressed can't wait to get it on the track great work guys.

They really are a dream to build, my SCT 410 I would say is the best quality RC I ever built! Can wait to build another soon.

As most of you are aware the NB48 has been released and is now available at Amain hobbies.com. I know there are a limited amount of kits available. Here is a link to the website for the black Friday sales event-

Building mine this AM. I ended up at 7/10/5 on the EB48 diffs. Wondering if anyone has strayed from the stock setup yet?

10k in the center is fine if there is good traction at your track. 7k works best for medium to low bite. We found 5k to be too thin for most conditions.

In the front, 10k will give you more on-power steering and be a little tamer going in to corners. Try the stock setup first, then go from there.

Will do. Setup is somewhat different than the EB... hard to ignore what's working sometimes. Another question. I'm new to nitro...

When I mounted the center diff to the chassis, the brakes kept the diff from spinning. Should the break posts bottom out in the threads and the shoes will break in? I backed them off a little to get spin, but like I said when the diff is mounted they're too tight. Thanks.
