Does the nb48 still use the 10 degree castor blocks?

I did have one of these ordered but I have to postpone my ownership for just a bit. Other financial obligations have taken priority.

No, they will be 15 degrees.

That might be useful for the eb as well.

Are you ready for some fender work yet?

They will be an option for the EB48 soon, they are compatible with the EB,ET, and NT.

No working to get my 5spd swap done first lol, then I will be doing all the Kouki conversion stuff.

The option I am talking about is the caster block degree angle. The EB48 has a 10 degree block and the new NB48 has a 15 degree block. I have been running the 15 degree block for more than a month now on my EB and they have made the car more stable mid corner and tamed the twitchiness our cars sometimes get. Really helped keep the rear in planted on high speed corners and makes the car more stable everywhere. It is a great tuning option.

NT and ET is pushing for the end of the year release but nothing set in stone.

That was an option I hoped for with the eb. My car felt so much better when I maxxed out my front kickup. I think total caster was 22* with that config. Now you can get up to 27* of total caster. This should really help tame the car down. I bet this combined with the weight balance of the nitro layout really makes the NB feel planted on the track.

Car feels light and direct response. Good turning ability. Fun to drive. Tail feels a bit twitchy but probably bcos of setup or the car needs some time to run-in. Parts quality seems top-notch but the smoothness of the diffs can be better. Overall: good car and easy to drive fast:p:lol:

Looking good. For those track conditions, you may want to move the rear camber link to the top position on the tower (lower roll center). And perhaps shorten the rear link by one hole (2nd from the outside).

What tires are you running? When a car is a little and pushes, a lot of times it's the tires.

Thanks for posting, keep us updated on how everything goes!

Spares will be a couple weeks. We have some of the spare parts in now and we'll set them live on the site next week. Bodies aren't here yet.
