Another thumbs up for this buggy!

Built mine 2 days ago, raced it today (haven't drove a nitro buggy in two years) finished 5th in the A today. Stock setup except for 6x1.5 pistons. Indoor clay. Build was typical Tekno flawless.

Cant wait for spring to get it outside!

Anybody know if they're coming out with an updated NB48? If you go on their website and let it scroll through automatically it's the only kit missing unless you go under kits or scroll all the way down it's there, but on the main page it's not on there?

So, i think its time to ask here:
NB and EB owners, please help I have both buggies and two sets of CNC shock pistons: 6x1.5 and 8x1.3. Which one i should place into EB and which one should go into NB? Tracks here ususally med to high bumps, small jumps and many 180 turns.

By me indoor or outdoor track. We run all 6x1.5 or 8x1.3F 8x1.4R

Either work well. Im sure you could use all 8x1.3 also just have to adjust your weight of oil.

You can fit 2000mah to 2600mah receiver lipo in them square hump packs I would not waste time and money on a small lipo that you posted go bigger mah

I have only one set of each 6x1.5 and 8x1.3, and don't have a chance to get another CNC set soon. Also i don't want to use non-CNC pistons.

One more question about shocks: what is the best way to polish stock shaft? Dremel with special bit and paste works ok?

What are the chances Drake signs with Tekno. With Lutz and Drake that would be a solid 1-2 punch.

What fuel tubing are you using to replace the kit fuel tubing? What brand is the same size in OD and ID as what comes in the kit?

Thanks - Jim

Jim,
This is what I use and it is great fuel line. Comes in a plethora of colors and is available at most hobby shops.
