Needed a few more goodies so I picked up 3x8mm titanium screws for the radio tray covers. Grabbed some 3x14mm for the servos and fuel tank as well since I had added the washers (figuring this would get me back to stock weight because I'm sure it will make a huge difference for me performance wise...
).
Nightfox body was sent off to Larry Genova for some paint, cant wait to get it back. I'm really tempted to order an XB9 Bitty Force body too but I dont want to waste any more money either. Sure like the way it looks though.

The weight thing was purely a joke.

Yea, I found orange ones right after and ordered those. Forgot a couple things on the amain order and was able to add them along with some orange M3 and M4 nuts, the orange Durango turnbuckles, and most importantly, the Losi filter for the new body. There will be orange everywhere

What are the problem areas when it comes to trimming the body? I probably should have trimmed the body before sending it off to get paint to make things easier on myself. Maybe I should order another and trim it so I can trace the rough shape to the painted body.

Unfortunately you have to trim a lot off around the bottom edges and towards the rear. Nah you dont need to order another body, either way you have to trim it so dont worry about it, just wait until you get it back. I paint my own bodies and I cut it out along the guidelines as tho I was putting it on a xb9, I should test fitted it but I didnt, then I painted it and then tried mounting and found I had to cut at least a half inch off the bottom edges and really coulda done more and ended up loosing some of the details on the paint job but live and learn. Hopefulyl Pro-Line will make a NB48 body similar to the EB48.2 phantom body.

Im running Mo's set up and im experiencing a loose rear end on power. Its making it hard to push the car like I would like to. I really love the corner speed, acceleration and the jumping of this car. Mo was right it will out jump my MP9 and carry more corner speed. I was running with some of my friends last night and they all have mp9's. If I was behind them on the straight I was able to cut inside them going into the sweeper with some much speed. It was awesome. If I could just get rid of the car stepping out, that would be great. It does it with the slightest throttle input.

From Tekno Guide: Whenever you need more traction the first thing you should try (other than tires, which should always be the first thing to look at) is using your radio to de-tune your steering. Depending on your radio there are a few options to try. If your endpoints are set correctly simply turning down the radio’s dual rate can have a dramatic effect. The next thing to try is adjusting the radio’s exponential setting. Having a slight negative value (positive if you’re using a Spektrum) can help eliminate a loose or twitchy feeling. The last adjustment to try that not all radios have is a servo speed setting. Simply making your servo move slower can have dramatic effect. There are several ways to achieve greater traction out of a turn. The easiest adjustment is to either add a little toe out to the front of the car or add a little toe in on the rear. Another option would be to raise your rear anti-squat.

Is your setup 100% exactly the same as Mo's setup? I ask because i definitely have not experienced the rear stepping out. Could it have been tire choice or just a really dusty track?
