Hot Bodies D812

I'm sure on warm, wetted dirt and clay track there is plenty of rear traction. After all that's what the buggy was developed on.
Throw down a bit of astro turf, soak it, blow 40mph winds across it and then freeze it lol, see how much traction you get with that heh.
Not knocking the car by the way, during the Scottish winters we all have the same issue regardless of the make of car

Hi fellas l've tried to read the 390 pages of this thread to get a feeling on the D812, l'm seriously considering this buggy, so long story short how is every one finding the buggy, are there any downside to it, is it durable does it wear well, and most off all is it planted or are you always chasing setup thanks in advance.

The car is very forgiving, stable and very easy to drive. It responds well to someone driving within themselves, you don't need to push the car hard.
There is some excellent dirt and clay setups on here and Ty's own website but the car responds well to change if you like to play with setups.
Durability seems fine, general wear is not any worse or better than other makes. Car is very strong and reliable though. You would have to drive like a complete muppet to break something.
The only real issue ive heard people complain about on here is some countries/areas have had an issue with local parts availability. There is the internet though heh.

all I know is that the new radio tray is the best part made since sliced bread....seriously so easy to work on.... for some crazy unknown reason my throttle servo quit working this past sat at the track it just dies no power. (I always keep a pre assembled radio tray together in my bag just incase) but it was quicker to just pull the throttle servo and put a new one in then to pull the tray out and swap trays! servo arm screw and the 4 screws that hold the servo into place and whalla its out! way to go Torrance!
