piston/sleeve resizing?

Using my method reconditioning-resizing the guys send me their P&S set once or twice. Although many of the guys sending me work regularly, requesting "Light" tightness, may possibly get a third in there. Please note, A light tightness is a resizing,is that reforming the sleeve aprox 0.0002" (2 tenths of one thousandth one inch) more or less. Comparatively, a medium tightness may be 0.0004", again more or less. To elaborate on the question I do not like resizing a sleeve to adjust "piston wear" any more than 0.0012" its life span, it then is rendered unsalvageable , in my experience. resizing ABN verses ABC
As for piston and ABN sleeve sets that with nickel plated sleeve liner, they are in a league of its own. As I stated before here, and I believe on my website you should find informative information this subject, the nickel plating on the ABN sleeve set is much thinner than chrome plating, is soft and not very resilient. Quite a few times in the season I send sets back unserviced after I inspect to find wear thru to brass base. Just to give you guys a round about summarization here, The sleeve liner wears 10:1 of piston (ABN)apposed to the other way around with ABC construction. With that said, ABN piston and sleeve sets you get one try at resizing so you want to make it right. You resize it too tight or out of round your SOL. With ABC a guy can screw it up and I can fix it 99% of the time. I love those clamp resizers and others using the inferior methods giving me extra work/job security. 
Anyone else have some insight on resizing? OOOr how the various methods are working for you on the track? I got another week to listen and chat online then busy as a beaver setting up new shop end this month, so I am very interested in the racers imput here . RayA

Gentlemen,
Very short here to update the readers here and those planing to place order from RayAracing website order forms. There is an announcement at top of main page stating between the 17th thru 25th this month we will not be accepting new orders. Changes are as fallow: New shipping address is Orchard Park New York, New email is [email protected] . The winter is passed and finally will be utilizing the shop built last spring/summer.Love the way the build turned out. The move will keep busy for a few weeks starting this weekend.

he is my update 4 hours on a drill full speed and 3/4 gallon of fuel and it still gets stuck at tdc by hand with no plug u cant turn it over by hand still. but im changing the rod now cause its sloppy already

I have heard some get them too tight. I do have a method to loosen it up but you would have to send it to me. Even though it is more work than a standard pinch I will still just charge the $15.00 I normally charge. And maybe ask for a refund from the place you sent it?

Just got my Vspec back, broke it in on the track heat cycling during practice and qualifiers. Finished 2nd in the Amain truggy w/ an engine running so fat I'm barely getting 6 minutes run time. Can't wait til I can get her leaned in and get my 9 minutes back. Would've run the race w/ a normal tune. THanks to RayARacing, for the medium pinch!!!!
