When you have assembled the flywheel, shoes and springs, make a quick comparison of the springs:
Gently drag each shoe out approx. 1 mm with a nail. Do that with all three. If the tension is not equal, one (or two) of the springs are softer than the other. That accurse from time to time with new springs even though they have the same diameter.

It is easy to do. You need a pully to pull of the flywheel. The real pain is to install the springs for the shoes. Only Fironi has for the Kyosho series an anlternative: a sliding clutch with a single spring around the 2 shoes.

I just watched a video I found on youtube about installing flywheels and clutches and the only difficult task seems to be installing the springs on the shoes lol.
Also would that collet from this clutch system fit my GO 5 port. http://www.apexmodels.com/gbu0-prodshow/ANSCS4003.html
Many thanks
