Hi I have a problem here with my Losi 1.0 T... How come 1 side of the CVD is not properly grip with my Diff cup-joint when the turn the wheel..All settings is the same for both side..Any soloution???

Taxman 04-27-2011 04:48 AM

The outdrive on that side is too short. They fixed it with the 2.0 with a slightly longer outdrive. My 2.0 works fine and never falls out. So just get these and your set.

Its the short drive on that side. Most of them do that. Losi fixed it on the later 2.0 . Just get a new drive kit and you should be fine. Look at someone elses 2.0 and you can just see the difference in length with your eye. No need to measure. I had a guy pitted next to me last weekend with an early 2.0 and his fell out on the stand while he was working on it. He looked at mine and could see the difference. My local hobby shop at our track quit selling the T due to that issue, But now will be stocking them again since Losi fixed the problem.

This is talked about here many many times too.

Can anyone help? How far do I screw the servo saver back together. Or do I tighten it up, then loosen it up? Any help would be great.

Put a little loctite on the threads and screw it up so it sits about 3 to 4mm off the chassis.

The drive fix has only happened in the last few months. If its a 1.0 then the drive is the problem.

Taxman 04-30-2011 05:11 AM

I dont, But if you get ahold of Losi I am sure they would tell you. I dont know if all the stores have replaced thier stock with the new drive or they are just selling out the old stock first. I would hope that they replaced them all with the current and working part.
