Instead of going to a 14 CB try a 48 spur gear. I bet that will give you a better balance of torque and speed. 50/14 = 3.57, 48/13 = 3.69, 50/13 = 3.84. The 48/13 is not quite as tall as the 50/14 but still taller than 50/13. Give it a shot.
well i do have a 48 tooth spur sitting around, allright il give the 48/13 than. |

ok il try that than if you seen, the hobby hut layout for this year than yea i need more bottom end .
last year i could get away with using a 14 th bell there. |
Huh? It would take a lot of flex to make a robison bell bottom out on the chassis any more than a stock one would. If your chassis is flexing that much you have other issues. Otherwise I don't see why a robinson bell would strip any quicker.;)

The 13 tooth will help a butt load from the 14, the 063 will give you better bottom than the 086, the 053 may give you too much bottom, and the engine will top out to early, just from my experience the all these pipes. I would bet with the 13 clutch bell, that will solve all your problems, no matter what clutch your using, the 2A and 2P is easier/for giving, on bottom, the 4 alum just hits harder.
ok thanks i sent the pics out, of my track on here it seems like my top end needle maxxas out on the straight before i have to hit my brake. |

Even with the 14 clutch bell? If it does, then go as the others suggested with the 48/13,that should take care of thatfor sure.

Ya, you should have a plethora of top end with the 14t bell and 086 pipe. It sounds to me that something is amiss tune wise.;)
well its proberty the 86 pipe, combined with the 14th bell that makes it feel like i have more top end really. the engine runs fine just for, some reason it will flame out.... but i just think i have to ethier lean the low end out or make the idle a bit higher. to make it more clearer when, i let it go back to idle it sounds like a four stroke it loads up. i have my throttle epa at 50 % its not fully, open of course its less than a tad open at full throttle i had to turn it down because my radio tray, was flexing but that might of been because of my radio tray screw was loose ... i not a master tuner by the way. |

Is anyone using the camber stand offs with the new 10 degree alu hubs? I tried using the "A" hole on the hub but the screw pushed to the "B" hole during my run. The camber stand don't really fit the holes on the new hubs. I can grind them down to make them fit but was wondering if anyone else has this issue?

I use them and they look funny. Idk why losi didn't make it the same size or include new stand offs. But I do use them you will have issues if you don't.

http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l1...Bellrub001.jpg This probably only happens on fast, big air tracks... I've also been known to get a little rough on the beav, when testing her out of course. |
