I'm getting tired of hearing you people bashing him for having an opinion, and not being afraid to speak it. Last I checked, forums like this encourage the free exchange of ideas and opinions. Don't like it? Move to North Korea.

I for one like to hear everyone's ideas, and then using my best judgement and some common sense, formulate my own opinion on what will work for ME. Use your head, you don't have to take what he says as gospel.

By the way, you do realize that you can IGNORE people on this forum, right? Put him on your ignore list, and quit your bitchin'.

Integra has helped me many times and his opinions are valued in my book. Just because you don't agree with him doesn't mean he can't post his opinions on a subject. Not every person is going to do it like you do. I have a 1.0 servo saver setup on my 8ight's. Does that mean I can't say anything in the 2.0 thread.

the 2mm front swaybar is chrome. im pretty sure its an old buggy front as all the new ones are black and etched with the size

the 3mm lower ride height really helps more with turn in. reducing the front droop / shock length will help the on-power steering
another thing you can try is lowering your rear roll center by lifting the camber links up on the tower. it will decrease traction rolling / push through a corner which should be what your looking for. it does this by decreasing rear traction into a corner and help the car rotate abit more giving you more turn in aswell.

Should I not be posting in here because I don't have a full on 2.0 yet....? Was that what the 1.5 comment was aimed at?

Edit: Is there a guide to setting up your truck that I am looking past somewhere on this site? I mean we have one for engine tuning is there one for general chassis set up and its effects on certain track surfaces? Would be useful I think, even if it were just for the chassis lingo type stuff

Could be helpful for us novices....

the Rear of the Losi manual's have alot of good info for general stuff most guys have NO clue about.

The 1.5 stab was at me and the fact some think i dont have a say because i Don't personally drive a full 2.0T....i wanted to burn off tire's first before going all the way....yet i have upgraded specific item's that are beneficial yet still allow me to run off my 1/2" tire's i have....I Also maintain a friends losi's for him which consists of bug and trug 2.0 spec and brushless 1.0B...he's my Young apprentice i took from the MT day's and he's now a VERY competitive racer when he get's to come out and play...i actually prepped his car's for tomorrow's race but he's not feeling up to driving in so they will sit on the bench another week....all in all guys who say stuff like what was said are usually bitter over something or are looking to jump on some form of band wagon....i know i have hater's out there.....its no sweat off my brow....my buddy's know who i am and How i am....its as simple as that.

Well put Integra. Wish I would have burnt my 1/2" tires off before converting to 2.0 arms. Silly of me to get ahead of myself like that. I need to pic up one of these manuals somewhere. Thanks.

Any info on this Dynamite Mach 2 in a truggy? I need an engine by the 10th broken in ready to race. No more axial. I am getting close to my deadline...

Thanks again

My first engine choice is always the os speed but it is very pricy and not for everyone. There are a few good choices out there today that font break the bank the werks b5 works very well in a truggy and the nova +4 or toro are good choices as well. My personal 2nd choice would be the new ninja b01a it has. Coated crank that will last awhile and pits down some serious power.

pballer2777 09-27-2009 09:16 AM

awhile back casey posted a setup that he was using. i can't seem to find it. if some could repost it and tell me what it's advantages r over the stock setup it would b greatly apperciated
