I feel it needs to be said that Cody King should be lauded for his performance today. After qualifying an unsatisfying 38th, he went out and bumped in the 1/8 and 1/4 quals, then qualified for the final in his semi, and ran the final. A grand total of 165 minutes of top level, world class, competitive driving. That's 2 and 3/4 hours of total concentration, guys. And run like a true WC.
Oh, and highest praise to PK for preparing and maintaining the Kyosho buggies that ran flawlessly at the highest level. Great job, Paul!

What Cody did today is nothing short of a clutch performance. He lasered in, buckled down, and did what he had to do - put the MP9 in the show, all the way back from the 1/8 main. We all saw today how quickly a day can go from great to heartbreaking. It didn't shock me to see Cody do this, I just had a feeling he was zoned in. Hats off to a great performance - while it didn't turn out how they wanted, Paul and Cody are class acts and raced like champions today.

Sean, I'll probably convert a TKI2 gas buggy with the Kyosho conversion.
+100 on Cody's performance, way strong....also to Paul for keeping it together and dialed! Great job guys!

Man... I wish it were nitro season for me. I'm having indoor fun w/ the RB6, but nothing like nitro...
Great run for Cody and all the Kyosho drivers. It's a great testament to the car that so many different driving styles were able to put Kyosho at the top throughout the week. Although some bad luck took them out of the finals (not underscoring the great efforts and skills from those that won) Kyosho had all 6 cars in the top 15 - at one point.

Boots denied by a servo failure cruel luck really considering his pace all week, looking at most of the pictures it looks like he wasn't far off a stock car either no weights at least, will find out next week probably, really feel for Mick Cradock he has worked tirelessly prepping Elliotts cars all year to get him to this stage, the liverc coverage and what you see on neobuggy doesn't do justice to Elliotts skills behind the sticks he drives so hard always on maximum attack from a spectator point of view the finals were denied a great show had he been in, would it of changed the results possibly not i guess we will never know now
Shocks
Hi guys
Just some questions regarding the tki2 and tki3
The tki2 and tki3 are the shock bodies the same length?
Why can you not run the outer holes on the front lower arm shock mounting points.
Do you need to put rear shock shafts into the front shocks to get the length rite to enable the correct amount of droop in the outer lower hole.
Can you run the outer hole on the tki3 standard configuration.
Also does the tki3 come with the longer dog bones to enable you to run the wide rear track. Or do you need to purchase the longer rear dog bones.
Thanks

The TKI3 comes with 91mm shafts on all 4 corners. No one I know of runs the wide rear track width because your car will not pass tech inspection if you do (too wide).
Hey Sean,
I run the car this weekend for the first time and I am officially a believer in KYOSHO. I ran the box setting from the manual and it was great very easy to drive and I especially liked it in traffic I could pick and choose when I needed to make a move. I'm in love . My question is how about a little more turn in? I am very aggresive and the stock setting is a great baseline for me but would like to know what direction to take. This car has every adjustment a man will need just need a little help getting started.
