There is a good amount of different size lipos you can use since the battery try is quite large, I can use their larger 2300mah square block size lipo, I've also used their I think it was a 2000mah a little bit smaller than the 2300mah. Latley I've been running the Venom 2100mah. The Losi 2000mah will fit too, most hump size lipos will fit the flat type packs won't.

Today was awesome with the buggy with Tebos and the stock manual set up it was perfection. My first time running pro and I TQ'ed and WON, consistency was amazing, even after a 45min main the buggy still feels the same ( besides tires) from when it was only 5min in. My buggy along with the Speed XZB and the right tires made the race.

Smile some astro setup advice

hi buddys.
im new to the tki2 i need some setup advice, i mainly run on astro track with a few jumps the track is tight enough.
at the moment im running diffs 7/7/3, shocks standard 8 hole pistons 50wt shock oil all around, standard light blue springs front and rear , i have dark purple springs aswell more proeressive, droop is about full, grub screws just touching the chassis. i have all the correct tyres i need for astro.
the buggy seems slightly rear end happy i would like to try to get it to drive from the rear more out of the corners when throttled rather than be fish taily, all the camber linkages toe anti squat and all other aspects are setup to the manual.
any advice/wisdom would be much appreciated

Separate unfortunatly. Check setup sheets for similar tracks you will be running on and get only those springs. I assume I will only need three sets at the most which isn't to bad.

shocks out on arms, in on towers, oil in front with 1.3x8 tapers around 600, in rear with 1.4x8 around 500 cps. In diffs front 10.000, center 10.000 and rear 5.000.

anyone know if the new slightly wider diameter kyosho rims that come standard with the TKI2 any different from the upcoming new aka rims (the ones with the fancy inserts) used at the worlds? Would they not be the same in diameter? Trying to find out if I really need the aka rims or just to get the new inserts whenever they're ready for release.
