How's about it, there aren't any xray sponsored drivers here in the midwest besides drew.
If I mwas serious I would of done something by now.
anyway, I'd be better if I was able to travel around to larger races, and the best finish I ever had was 2nd in the roar region 8 expert Truggy class

Everyone that is up in arms about this "looking" like a Losi, just remember

IMO: If it drives like a Losi (It should), and has the quality of X-Ray/Hudy (It will), this Buggy is going to be awesome. Best of both worlds...
I really like my 8IGHT, and I don't break many parts racing, but I do wear them out frequently.....
There are 4-5 local 8IGHT racers looking hard at the 808 too....

ROFLMAO!!!!
It's funny because it's true; I'm sure it really impresses the chicks when one brags about how awesome and prolific one is at the black art of R/C buggy design.
All kidding aside, it DOES look like a sensible design and competent contender... In pictures anyway. I shall hold my tongue regarding the 808 until its performance can be verified with first-hand experience.

P.S. Wunja - brilliant work. You said what every self-respecting RC fan was already thinking.

Everyone copys everything that works its just how things go. Then they add their take on the concept. Sure the design is Losi inspired, but it isnt an 8ight. You people complaining about it being a copy should just stop using everything made in the RC industry because they are all copies of somebody elses design with a few changes added.
