Tekno MT410

You can get just the pins and bushings for about $35. I think they work with the stock aluminum holders. You don't need that whole set. ...but I'm going to wait and see if I actually ever destroy a stock hinge pin first. They've proven indestructible so far for me.

Hmm well it looks like Tekno actually already includes it in their MT410 kit lol So you're covered. I wish they'd include it in the EB48SL kit ;-;
This is the part for reference though
TKR5161 ? V2 Adjustable Hinge Pin Brace ?A? block, 7075 CNC, EB/NB/ET/NT/SCT) ? Tekno RC, LLC.

It looks like you're adding a lot of aluminum right off the bat! lol But it's all good upgrades as far as I see. Some are more aesthetic but not bad to get. The only one I might skip are the rear aluminum hubs. Just because of the cost and the fact that the stock plastic hubs are pretty beefy already. And the closed wheel nuts I am not a big fan of. I just like the simplicity of the stock hex nuts.
I will say I would have preferred either Hobbywing's XERUN setup or Tekin's RX8 for the electronics but the EZRUN gear will still be a great bashing setup for anyone
My electronic taste tends to be expensive though lol

Tekno has stopped the production of the rear aluminum hubs. I bought the last pair Tower had 2 weeks ago. Reason from Tekno, there were never any issues with the plastic hubs. I had the XERUN in my last one, but I never got a chance to use it. I guy saw my pics and wanted to buy it. He gave me a price that I could not refuse, thus the reason for another build

Well if you plan on sending the truck through knee deep puddles then I suppose the EZRUN is the smarter choice lol. I doubt the Tekin or the XERUN would appreciate the water damage. I think only the Mamba Monster X is waterproof while still being sensored.

lol well at least you got an extra bit of bling on your truck! And now you also have a rare part

Yep , ditto to Beef up the merchandise ;
Why not Take Time making it tougher than CONCRETE before the next face plant to study for Research/Development ; every part in some way effects the other parts ...
Hey , I COULD bend a pin ... don't radical MT'ers Know, that what part "breaks" depends on specific Flying Technique and the STYLE of the crash ...
HeHe , I take the modern Thomas Edison approach
