New Jack
Are you planning on getting one?:deathstar

New Jack 08-28-2002 05:00 PM

CoastalTony: I may invest in one, but I do & will have a ton invested in the one I already have!!! I will wait a couple of months to see what bugs need to be worked out, but it seems they have most of them covered with the wider stance & most definatly the EZ-start upgrade!!! I may get it to back yard bash with & my current one to race!?!?!?!?!? So to answer your question honestly "I don't know for sure", but more than likely!!!! What about you, did you sell your other one????   :weird: :weird: :weird:

New Jack
Traxxas is being very tight lipped
about the release date & price of the
new truck, but, they have been working
on it for somw time now. My guess is
that it will be a killer 2nd edition.
As for my truck, I have not posted it.
If someone is looking for a FULLY
LOADED T-Maxx, send me your email
addy, and I will list what is on mine,
including the OS .15 pull-start.:tire:

CoastalTony: I still have quite a bit of stuff to get for my T-Maxx, that's why I was thinking of getting the new one, so maybe I could take my time on the old one, but then again that is money I could use for parts as well, My MP 7.5 is nearly complete except for the engine $300. OUCH!!!!!!

Coastal....How are they being tight lipped about release?...it is posted right on the traxxas site....as for price, i got it right from traxxas there is supposed to be no price change, but watch out for people charging more just because it is more...

I need some new tires+wheels, which ones?
I've narrowed it down to...
Pro-line mulcher or bow-tie on RPM stable-maxx rims
Orion dominator tires premounted on off-set revolvers or on RPM rims
Trinity pre-mounted paqmans (probably not b/c I don't like trinity)
Any suggestions???

myclod 08-30-2002 10:05 AM

LouisB....really all depends on where you are gonna run, different tracks and surfaces call for different tires

LouisB 08-30-2002 10:20 AM

Grass and loose dirt, if I run on road I'll put the stock ones back on

New Jack 08-31-2002 01:24 AM

LouisB: I would probably have to say, Go with the Mulchers, the bow-ties would be alright for dirt, but not grass!!!!!

LouisB 08-31-2002 04:38 AM

Thanks New Jack, what do you think are the best wheels for me to put them on?

fireblade 08-31-2002 12:09 PM

Try offset rims ie-RPM:flaming:

New Jack 08-31-2002 02:15 PM

Yep, that'll work too as well as the Pro-line suspension kit!!!!!:D :D :D

fireblade 08-31-2002 09:57 PM

Dosn't Hardcore or some t-maxx after makert seller make the same thing as the pro-line suspension kit but in alunamum?:flaming:
