12c is the body I’m currently using on the 5600. That would be the one I’d mostly likely change

Raman,

Have you considered the GL Racing GLA? It's AWD with lipo and brushless.

If the handling moves with the body, its the body difference. If is stays with the chassis, it a chassis issue. Process of elimination.
  2. Stock knuckles break if you breath on them. I run the PN low downs on all my cars. Part MR3032
  3. The Kyosho lock nuts are some of the best in my opinion.

No problems with the stock steering knuckles. Only broke a couple in two years between 6 RWD. I have moved to the aluminum steering blocs. More out of curiosity then need.
thanks for replies.

after trying both cars again. They are fairly similar. I think I was too excited to tried a new car that it felt better.

Are these LaFerraris European only release? I though Kyosho's agreement with Ferrari has been terminated a long time ago.

I guess that is the case. Kyosho european used to carry rwd models with lotus exige, Fwd with fiat 500 Abrath and an Old alfa model. I do wish they offer this beyond european market though.

After doing about 15 bodies I like two part epoxy the best. I have tried CA and plastic glue and have had better luck with epoxy. No need to get fancy, I just use the 5 minute stuff found at hardware store and save my West Systems for more structural type stuff.

Cheers,
Jim

I also need a new set of knuckles. I run a track of EVA mats, with fabric hockey tape on the seams. It stays fairly flat, but being on carpet, its not perfect. Does the PN low down knuckle change the front clearance much? Its like .5mm lower right? I was going to order a set, but worried I might start snagging the bumps or bottoming out.

My white bodies with shoe goo on the clips are withstanding lots of bashing and racing. Albeit I've only been running them for a few months, kinda new to MiniZ, but I've put hours on them, and my Evo can put my car into the sides pretty hard, havent broken loose a clip yet.

They do lower the chassis, but you can adjust the ride height up by moving shims from below to above knuckle.
