Trump is not a great person. He is not someone I would have my child look up to. However, even though the democrats were constantly trying to degrade him, the US was running better than it has in over 20 years. Don't take my word on that, look at the facts. If you would like some facts, I would love to show them to you. What I have learned, a great business doesn't succeed because the CEO tries hard to be successful in his morals. A great company succeeds because the CEO work hard to be successful in his job. Trump tried to be successful in his job.

Up until his presidency, he was the idol of every rapper out there which is kinda funny to me. I personally wouldn't mind my kid looking up to Trump but hey it could be different when I actually have a kid. Does he have flaws? Yeah of course he does you are not human if you do not have them but the way he carries himself as one of the bros and not as some privileged asshat like 99 percent of politicians really connected with people.

It still amazes me how "minority groups" can still vote for Democrats. They are voting for the party that literally says you are too stupid to make it on your own that's why you need our handouts because you would be nothing without us.

I am a minority and I take the democrates words as insults. Telling people that we shouldn't have to show ID's when voting because we are too stupid to know how to get an ID. A couple people, at my work, are so excited to see Newsom run for president and can't wait to vote for him. I have asked them multiple times what has Newsom done that should convince me to change my mind. One of them said "well, because California has the best weather." The other guys said "And California is the most beautiful state." I had to reply "So Newsom is God? Because only God could give us those things." They both looked at each other and went silent. I kept asking for more reason, but they had nothing. One guy did ask me what Trump did, so I literally gave them a list that they could not argue with.

Here's my request for everyone, including all political sides. Do the research to find out who is really pushing for the America you want and vote for that person. Don't ever go off of suggestions from other, especially the news. And most of all, don't be a "Party" voter. Being a party voter shows you don't really care what happens just as long as your party is in charge of it. It's like saying the Raiders are the best football team out there. You have not facts to back it up and they keep losing. However, you will never back down from saying they are the best.

Someone on here mentioned that you can't judge a president for what they did about the oil. Absolutely you should. Oil is our main source of energy, whether we like it or not. If oil goes up, everything goes up. Think about it. Everything is shipped using oil, processed using oil, stored using oil, produced using oil, etc... What they do with the oil will have a huge effect on us.

The Democrats are the biggest hypocrites on earth everything they bitch about they do themselves. They love to compare Republicans to the kkk when they(Democrats) are the party of the kk. They like to say "minority groups" are too stupid to get voter registration cards but at the same time Joe had record "minority groups" turnout. Recently I was walking down Miami Beach wearing a shirt with trump mugshot and some lady came up to me asking me how can I celebrate that, She seemed a bit drunk so I just said I prefer a president with a mugshot than someone who likes to smell little girls. I pretty much stopped having any actual debate with Democrats because, for the party that likes to think of themself as intellectuals, they sure can't grasp simple concepts like how the price of oil dictates our standard of living more than any other price-cutting policy that may be created.

That used to be my go-to response whenever I got asked what did trump do, and if that wasn't good enough for them I would just go down the list until they just bring up "he is racist" as a response because they are incapable of accepting the fact he was a good president and I ask against who they say "Latinos" I say I am one and I voted for him and I ask so are you saying I hate myself? Because last time I checked the Democrats love to say "minority groups" can't be racist. At that point, they give up and walk away with their middle finger up.

Both parties are fucked. I really don't think ones any better or any worse than the other at this point. As for presidents, don't get too caught up in that. They don't do anything, its congress that's in charge of getting nothing done. The presidents in power at the time cop the blame. The only real solution and best option here is leaving the country.

One of my older white friends became more overtly racist and admits he doesn't like minorities, thinks blacks and latinos are responsible for the current state of the country. Funny thing is this guy used to make fun of rednecks, now proudly claims he's one. He just eats up the right wing rhetoric and is religiously votes republican. He voted for trump. Yet still his financial and job situation didn't improve, immigration is still an issue etc. So yeah, don't put all your hopes on a president. Its much bigger than that.
