For some strange reason my attention went to the houses

i did notice the size of the lots, and driveways. but my attention was first drawn to the BMX on the roof of the 510.

was just lurking nextdoor and found out that there were 2 different incidents of dead bodies found in the park along the riverbed by my house. the riverbed i used to ride my bike along all the time. one appears to have been an overdosed homeless person (at least the 5th one this year) the other has conflicting reports, some say it may have been a homicide and possibly a homeless person, others "in the know" say it was another OD'ed homeless person. ether way my neighborhood seems to be moving on up!

The uptick in homelessness and drug use isn't stopping anytime soon the way things are headed. Police just recently evicted a homeless encampment. They leave and eventually set up somewhere else. Rince repeat. And of course they leave needles everywhere.

iv actually started to find it somewhat amusing. Hollywood does a fair bit of filming in El Dorado park in Long Beach. the homeless build a line of tents that turns into a shanty town of pure drug fueled squalor along the riverbed starting at the LB Town Center and moving towards the park. they eventually knock the chin link fence down and end up in part of the park behind the police shooting range (aka one of my old RC bashing spots). but when it comes time that Hollywood needs to film, it gets cleaned up in a day. so when you see that the homeless have been evicted you can ask who's filming what?
few years ago i rode my bike over there to see what they were filming, i was dodging needles on the bike trail getting there. they were filming a season finale of 911 Lone Star.

also you guys want to stop mentioning this place exists in the basement threads. the description for this place "a speakeasy for the OG's. free of rats, snowflakes, do gooders, and the rest of the less desirables". shits like fight club, first rule of fight club, you don't talk about fight club. last thing we need are the rats, snowflakes and do gooders finding this place and being all butthurt about what we've said, then getting pissy cause we're an exclusive club and they can't join or post and bitching to mods/admins/anyone who will listen about of it.

Agree..I don't talk about it. But I wouldn't be surprised if marcos and fyrstormer are somehow aware of it.
