Also, all of the holes are so you can reach all of the screws in the bottom of the chassis and loosen them and retighten them at the same time.

I know I am going to get crap for this.

Can you fit a 5x11x4 bearing in the aluminum steering blocks?

I have a race to go to tomorrow, and I blew a bearing in my block. hit 5 shops with no luck(probably why the bearing blew, lol). Before anyone mentions it, the shops were out of plastic steering blocks too. I have plenty of the stock bearings, just no plastic blocks.

I think they are still in their pre production stages/prototype stages. They are cool though. Its almost like a trophy on your pit table.

I haven't run one, but I know that a 5x11 bearing does fit perfect. I test-fit one into an aluminum rear upright, which uses the same composite bearing insert.

The plate is a finished product as far as the prototyping process goes. The first run of plates a few months ago was 20 pieces. They went out the door pretty fast and I am waiting on the second order (which is much bigger) to get filled. I will keep you guys updated when they are in.

i think they are availiable in europe but the hassle of getting one there and shipping it, you might as well wait until they are released here

The IRP Tweak Plate is made in Florida (USA) by BMI. Like Art said, the second batch of plates are being manufactured right now.

I live in England and have my plate on order for when they are finished. Shipping is simple, just email Art and ask him. No hassle at all.

Gratz to the Xray team at the worlds and Lemeiux for the third place.

I discovered something very interesting this weekend.

I posted earlier about the 5x11 bearing in the aluminum blocks.

They did fit, and I really believe that if the Hudy's wanted that bearing in there, then it would have been that way from the factory. So why the insert?

Second. I went to my LHS and was told that all ball ends on the T2 are the same. They are not. I have only had the car two weeks, so I am learning as I go.

BTW the car is great, the best handling car I have ever driven on carpet. Thanks for making such great product(s).
